Bigger doesn’t always mean better. By focusing on artesan methodology, Pomona Distilling Co can take the time to bring careful consideration into every step of the distilling process.We use an activated charcoal filtration to polish the spirit and remove impurities giving us a smooth, clean and pure final product. We mindfully source local sustainable ingredients and native botanicals if not from our own farm, then from our neighbours, to produce a distinct flavour that embodies the Pomona spirit.
Botanicals
All botanicals are vapour infused to release the aromatic flavours.
Distillation
6 times distilled to ensure only the purist of product remains.
Final Product
We remove the impurities by filtering through activated carbon.
