The perfect refreshing citrus Cocktail!
- 45ml serve of Pomona Signature Dry Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake 30 seconds and double strain using baron strainer and fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish float fresh mint leaves!
PDC Espresso Martini
The PDC Espresso Martini – Because you can’t beat great coffee and great vodka
- 30ml serve of Pomona Signature Vodka
- 30ml Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Espresso Shot
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake 30 seconds and double strain using baron strainer and fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans!
